CD 1997: \u2018TIME OF MIND\u2019<\/a><\/b> (Bob Dylan<\/i>)<\/div>\n
El 30 de septiembre de 1997 se public\u00f3 el trig\u00e9simo \u00e1lbum de Dylan<\/i>, \u2018Time Out of Mind\u2019, su segundo doble LP (en su edici\u00f3n vinilo) desde \u2018Self Portrait (1970). Grabado en la segunda quincena de enero de 1997 en los estudios Criteria <\/i>de Miami, Florida era el primer trabajo del cantautor con canciones nuevas tras siete a\u00f1os de silencio discogr\u00e1fico. Fue acogido con entusiasmo y recibi\u00f3 tres premios Grammy adem\u00e1s de estar considerado uno de los mejores trabajos de Dylan<\/i>.<\/div>\n
La mano del productor Daniel Lanois<\/i> fue evidente por lo que no es extra\u00f1o que recuerde en cierta manera a \u2018Oh Mercy\u2019. Sus temas estrella \u2018Not dark yet\u2019 y \u2018Highlands\u2019 (con m\u00e1s de 16 minutos, su canci\u00f3n m\u00e1s larga) parecen transmitir la idea de \u201cvisi\u00f3n de la vida ante la vejez y la muerte\u201d y con ello Dylan <\/i>result\u00f3 premonitorio ya que el 25 de mayo de aquel a\u00f1o, un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de cumplir los 56 a\u00f1os tuvo que ser ingresado de urgencia debido a una grave y potencialmente mortal infecci\u00f3n pulmonar, de la que afortunadamente se recuper\u00f3 y en agosto volv\u00eda a estar sobre los escenarios aunque tuvo que suspender sus conciertos en Europa. Pero el mismo a\u00f1o, Bob visitar\u00eda territorio europeo. En el marco del Congreso Eucar\u00edstico Mundial celebrado en Bologna, Dylan interpret\u00f3 ante 350.000 espectadores tres canciones: \u2018Knockin\u2019 on heaven\u2019s door\u2019, \u2018A hard rain\u2019s a-gonna fall\u2019 y \u2018Forever young\u2019. Presente aquella tarde estuvo el papa Juan Pablo II quien saluda al cantante tras su actuaci\u00f3n y le comenta: \u201cEn su canci\u00f3n \u2018Blowin\u2019 in the wind\u2019 se pregunta cu\u00e1ntos caminos ha de recorrer un hombre para reconocerse como ser humano. Yo le aseguro: solo hay uno. Es el que lleva hacia Jes\u00fas porque es el camino de la Verdad y de la Vida\u201d<\/i>. No se conoce la respuesta que dio Dylan <\/i>al pont\u00edfice pero el encuentro le produjo una profunda impresi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/div>\n
