El 19 de septiembre de 1970 se public\u00f3 en Estados Unidos bajo el sello Reprise Records<\/i>, ‘After The Goldrush’, tercer \u00e1lbum del cantautor canadiense Neil Young<\/i>. Fue uno de los magn\u00edficos \u00e1lbumes en solitario que David Crosby, Stephen Stills, Graham Nash<\/i> y Neil Young<\/i> -tras el gran \u00e9xito que les supuso ‘D\u00e9j\u00e0 Vu’-, emprendieron cada uno por su lado.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n

El 19 se septiembre de 1979 se public\u00f3 \u2018Living in the U.S.A.\u2019, el noveno \u00e1lbum de estudio de la cantante estadounidense Linda Ronstadt<\/i>. Fue su tercer LP en alcanzar el n\u00ba1 del Billboard200 y el primero en la industria discogr\u00e1fica que adquiri\u00f3 la categor\u00eda de disco de doble platino. Se extrajeron varios singles como su versi\u00f3n del tema de Chuck Berry<\/i> \u2018Back in the U.S.A.\u2019, \u2018Ooh baby bay\u2019 (original de Smokey Robinson<\/i>), que fue top10, \u2018Just one look\u2019 (que grab\u00f3 Doris Troy<\/i> en 1963) y \u2018Alison\u2019, conocido tema de Elvis Costello<\/i>, a quien no le gust\u00f3 en absoluto la versi\u00f3n de la cantante aunque manifest\u00f3 estar agradecido por el dinero que le report\u00f3 en derechos de autor. El \u00e1lbum inclu\u00eda magn\u00edficos solos del saxofonista David Sanborn<\/i> y otra versi\u00f3n destacable del disco fue la del tema de Elvis \u2018Love me tender\u2019, con la que se edit\u00f3 un ‘mashup<\/i>‘ usando la grabaci\u00f3n original de Presley que fue ampliamente radiado por las emisoras de la \u00e9poca.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n
